1. About the service and partner availability

We act as a booking/mediation service. Ski-holiday offers you see on the website depend on live inventory of our partner suppliers. Because availability and prices may change in real time, some selections may become unavailable before you complete an order.

2. Placing an order and required pre-contract information

If we conclude distance contracts/services online, we provide clear pre-contract consumer information on the website before you place an order, including our business identifiers and key service terms, in accordance with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 17, стаття 13, стаття 21.

When using electronic commerce to conclude an offer/contract online, the offer and/or contract must contain required elements, and contractual electronic communications/document confirmations must be handled in compliance with electronic commerce rules: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", № 675-VIII, оферта, електронне повідомлення, електронний договір.

3. Booking responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during booking (e.g., traveler names, dates, and contact details). We do not verify facts outside the information you submit, unless required by law or provided by the partner supplier.

Travel documents, visa requirements, and health/safety considerations are your responsibility. Partner supplier terms may also apply to the specific booked service.

4. Changes, cancellations, and partner rules

Any changes or cancellations are subject to availability, partner supplier policies, and applicable legal rules. Where partner suppliers apply different cancellation/change conditions, those conditions may affect refund eligibility and timing.

5. Withdrawal right (14 days) for distance contracts

For distance contracts, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If you wish to exercise your withdrawal, you must use the website withdrawal instructions/form provided on this website for processing the withdrawal, in accordance with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 21.

6. Personal data and transparency

Booking and tracking may involve processing personal data. We handle personal data in accordance with: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних", № 2297-VI. We provide transparency regarding grounds for processing, including for cookies used for analytics/ads when they can identify users, and we apply the relevant consent/notice mechanisms where required.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, voxelbasel.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from partner supplier availability, service disruptions outside our control, or inaccuracies in information you provide.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ukrainian law.
