8. Pre-contract information and distance contract notes (Ukraine)

If you book services online through distance contract processes, we provide the required consumer information on our website before you place an order, including key service terms and business identifiers, as required by Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів”, стаття 17, стаття 13, стаття 21.

If you conclude a distance contract online, you have the right to refuse/withdraw within 14 days. We provide website instructions/form for processing such withdrawal, as required by Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів”, стаття 21.

When we conclude an offer/contract online using e-commerce, the offer and/or contract includes required elements and we ensure contractual electronic communications and document confirmations in accordance with Закон України “Про електронну комерцію”, № 675-VIII, оферта, електронне повідомлення, електронний договір.
